In the event of an emergency it’s helpful to know where your septic tank and especially the lid; are located. If you do not have this information, it can be obtained from:

• Central District Health for Ada, Boise, Elmore, or Valley County
• Southwest District Health for Adams, Canyon, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, or Washington County
• South Central Distric Health for Magic Valley, Blaine, Camas, Cassia, Gooding, Jerome, and Minidoka Counties.

Once you have located your tank and the lid, you might consider a riser if one hasn’t been installed already.
