Honestly who does an estimate without charging you a service charge just to come out?? No one does these days so I was... very impressed right from the start. Mike arrived on time, was very clean, friendly and courteous. He put on his boot covers so he didn't track dirt. Right away I felt he was a trust worthy person. He pointed out the problem and showed me to reaffirm the work needed to be done. It was clear cut and estimate provided. My man Steve M. really saved us today! One of the worst experiences a homeowner can have is waking up to water on the... floor and soaking the carpet. I'm so glad we called Master Plumbing and even more thankful they sent Steve out! He arrived quicker than expected and was able to trace the leak and fix it amazingly fast. He was thorough, testing any potential cause before confidently assuring us the issue was resolved. I rarely experience Steve's level of professionalism, it was refreshing. He went above and beyond to make recommendations on how to address the damage and provided referrals. Jim Colburn did a fantastic job today. He checked the air pressure in the ballast tank and it was low. He filled it up... and at this point it seems to be holding steady I was not charged for this although my warranty expired because I did not get a maintenance called done during the first year he recommended I contact his boss and if he came out and did a maintenance on it I may be able get my lifetime warranty reinstated he's very professional and went out of his way to explain everything to me so I can check it myselfread more

Had Master come out to move my water softener from my old house to the new one. Got a text message and email with a... picture and bio of the technician coming out. Pretty slick. Jim was my technician and he was very friendly and thorough. Move and install was quick and done perfectly (even up to my unreasonably high standards). I love the quality of technicians Master Rooter uses. Always a great experience.read more
